Your Beauty Starts From the Inside

I love when I find Beauty in everything and especially in every person I observe. Everyone is naturally beautiful, and we can be even more when we start to take care of ourselves in the right ways.

I clearly can see the difference between a person who misses something from a person who instead carries around the sparkle and the brightness.
This person mainly has unique “aura” all around, has a different energy which is almost visible and tangible, and has nothing to do with being aesthetically beautiful. It is something that starts from the inside; it’s something under the surface, more in-depth.

Individually, I carefully listen to what my body-mind-soul need and I nourish it through a self-love attitude. How could we share our wellbeing if we first don’t love ourselves? It is the self-love that we carry inside which project a fantastic and positive energy visible from the outside.
In many ways, we can take care of ourselves from inside out. Just for a moment think about the food we eat for example. When we think about what we should eat to achieve the right balance and benefits physically and mentally, we have to do so with lightheartedness.

What usually instead happens and what we typically have been taught is: when we need to achieve something we have to sacrifice something else. In fact, the most used word that it comes around if we have to eat correctly to own a healthy lifestyle is “DIET.” For some reason when I think about diet suddenly another concept comes to my mind, RE-STR-I-CTION.

The majority believe that to be healthy and beautiful, feeling good, and not feeling guilty, we have to go on a diet. Personally, I don’t think so.

As humans who like restrictions? I think we all have different needs, different mentality, and bodies which have different requirements.
So to me, a diet doesn’t make any sense. What makes more sense is paying attention to the food we can have, especially if we have some health problems. Focusing on what we can have instead of what we can’t to finding our balance is essential. Foods that could be good for me could not be suitable for another person, so why generalize things, calories, carbohydrates, or proteins.
Listen to our body is the perfect way to find what is genuine for ourselves. Certainly, there are healthy foods and bad ones, but this is another story that needs another chapter.

What I’m saying here is that if we introduce right food into our bodies, we use the excellent fuel that makes us going forward and live a healthy life.

Having the awareness to listen deep inside, is the first step to understand the feedback that our internal engine gives to us.

Once we understand that, then we can focus on other ways to make us “sparkle,” and it’s not a coincidence if you’ve heard that we are what we eat. Everything starts from here.

Eventually, there are other ways to nourish ourselves and create the positive aura that I mentioned before. We also have to feed other areas of our lives, our mind, our creativity, our social part of it, our intellectuality, and so on.
Everybody deserves to feel the sparkle. Consider the power we have in our hands, not everyone can see that, but the “power of choice” is unstoppable, and it’s on us.
Some people may need help to discover it or to make it stronger, but once you realize it, you can sparkle as well.

When you have that radiance around you and with you, imagine how you can impact other people lives and be an inspiration for them as well, for your community, and generations to come.
Imagine the force of your choices for your future. You have the power to make a difference in the relationship with the external world.

Starting from what we eat to how we think, from how we feel to what we say, we can walk around with this positive energy to impact other ones. Isn’t it magic? So try that as well, once you discover your Aura you will not go back.
